By adding the PORON Dura-Shape option, PORON materials are enforced with a tough polyester film securely bonded between two layers of foam. This option is available to all PORON® 4701 foams, as well as the PORON® 4790-92 foam. PORON Dura-Shape technology increases the polyurethane’s dimensional stability while maintaining the compressibility characteristics of the original material, providing engineers stability for their gasket design needs.
